About 1/2 mile from downtown Breckenridge and the gondola, the Elkhorn Lodge is a breathtaking 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom, private home that comfortably hosts up to 12 guests. The lodge offers you and your guests plenty of privacy, space and the most gorgeous mountain views you can imagine.

The home features beautifully furnished rooms with soaring vaulted ceilings, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, two living areas, a heated garage, a bonus den, play set for kids, three decks, two fireplaces and a private hot tub. There are two master king suites on the upper level, a king bedroom on the upper level, two XL-twin bedroom and a king bedroom in the basement.

We invite you to imagine yourself among friends and family, enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal before relaxing in front of a warm fire in one of the two living areas or soaking in the beautiful hot tub after a big day of mountain activities. Guests will enjoy 1200Mbps Internet, access Smart TV options on most TVs and an AppleTV. Start all over the next day with breakfast made from the spacious kitchen or enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck while taking in the views of Peak 6.

Our home is perfectly fit for large families or multiple families. The home was designed to allow guests to connect together in one space, or separate into groups in other rooms of the home.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Shoes must be removed at the entryway. All snow gear should remain in the garage mudroom area, skis can hang in the racks on the garage wall.
The garage is heated. Absolutely no smoking, of any kind inside the home. If you need to smoke you can easily walk outside away from any doors.

This property is perfectly fitted for friends, families and multiple families. Everyone can have their own space, gather together outside or in one of the large living areas. This property is in the Summit County neighborhood zone with direct access to hiking, mountain biking and cycling. Only a few minutes drive to the gondola.

What makes this property unique

With multiple separate living areas, guests will not feel like they are competing for entertaining space. Ample parking is also a HUGE plus, we have space for 2 vehicles in the garage and 5 spaces in the driveway. You can remain digitally connected with super fast Wi-Fi or disconnect and enjoy the nature around you.
