The first level boasts a generous welcoming screen porch that flows into a large living room, a spacious kitchen overlooking the pool, plus 1 bedroom and a half bath.
The second level features hardwood floors, 2 full Baths and 4 sleeping quarters that all open to the deck overlooking the pool.
Every room has been enhanced and cheerfully decorated by renowned designer, Jane Coslick. The laundry and 3rd full bath is located off the screen porch. Within the privacy fence is an outdoor shower.
Located mid island, it is a short walk or bike ride to the island's best restaurants, commercial area, and Memorial Park.
