Our house, renovated and extended in 2021, is located in a quiet and residential area of Saint-Malo. It will allow you to enjoy:
- a large living room of 58 m2 with a dining area, a living room and an open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, food processor, toaster, kettle).
- a heated swimming pool from May to September (7m x 3.5 m), several deckchairs and a landscaped garden.
- a master suite on the ground floor, 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, 1 with a private shower room, a bathroom (bath and shower) and 2 toilets.
- a 26 m² terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola and equipped with an outdoor lounge area.

- a ping-pong table,
- a car space in front of the house
The house is not equipped to accommodate a wheelchair but can accommodate two people with reduced mobility.

- 500 metres from a supermarket and the market of Rocabey (3 mornings a week).

And, for lovers of culture and history, the city within the city is 2 km away (a pleasant walk), with its ramparts, picturesque streets and rich heritage.
