Welcome to Keystone’s premier vacation rental. Look no further, this is the finest property you will find in the resort! The home boasts 6,000 square feet of sophisticated living space. The ground floor family room has a 47-inch flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and wet bar. Comfy armchairs encourage relaxation by the gas fireplace, and a foosball table affords hours of exciting group diversion. The private theatre provides for fun movie nights with two-tiered seating for eight people, a massive screen, and state-of-the-art surround sound.

The great room features an enormous kitchen with serious wow factor! The gleaming granite breakfast bar seats five, and high-end stainless steel appliances include two dishwashers, a warming drawer, an oversized refrigerator, separate wine fridge, an espresso machine, and a six-burner gas range with double ovens and a griddle. Enjoy festive meals at the round dining table for eight, and enjoy panoramic mountain and Arapahoe National Forest views. After dinner, kick back in the lounge with plush seating for 11 and a 50-inch TV.

The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom, a fireplace, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV that rises up out of the dresser at the touch of a button. Each of the home's other bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom. The first bedroom features a fireplace and private balcony, and its en suite bathroom features a jetted tub and granite vanity. The second bedroom's en suite bathroom features a jetted tub and granite double vanity. The final bedroom's en suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination. A sitting room with another fireplace and additional bathroom can also be found on the third floor. Outside, enjoy spectacular views from multiple decks, or soak in the hot tub surrounded by lush woodlands.

THINGS TO KNOW
Convenient garage storage for up to eight pairs of boots and gloves is available on a warming system.
Two sets of washer/dryers are available for guests.
Guests do not have access to the wood-burning fireplaces. If these have been used, the deposit will not be refunded.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
