We visited the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and William’s. This was a perfect location to visit all those places. Great fireworks and parade for the 4th of July.
Loved having dryer/washer and a fully equipped kitchen. All appliances were easy to use. The point of this vacation was to relax and this property was perfect for that.
Only problems were the stove burners on the left side don't light. The toilet runs, over filling.

Ok Spot for Williams/Grand Canyon
Pros: The space was clean and the location was close to everything. Kitchen was well stocked as mentioned in listing. Extra paper towels and trash bag. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. Smart TV was nice to have. Extra pillows and blankets for the couch (more of a futon than a fold out bed).
Cons: The neighborhood is not nice, lots of busted windows. No ice maker or ice trays. There was a really bad smell like wet carpet, which was weird because there’s not carpet in the condo. The bedroom does not cool down like the living room. There was less than 1 roll of toilet paper for our stay.

I am glad that you were able to enjoy the space and see that we do have lots of amenities. As for the negatives, you forgot to mention the brand new hotel being built around the corner and the other nice new homes as well. It is a mixed neighborhood but very safe. We just upgraded the fridge and this one did not have an ice maker so I offer to bring trays over which the guest replied that it was not a big deal and they would get a bag. I did put them in after they left. I am not sure what the smell was and we always leave extra supplies in the home, all you need to do is look around.

Convenient but cheap
The neighborhood was a bit sketchy which made us nervous on check in but turned out to be safe. Could hear the train throughout the day. Followed the utube instructions for thermostat but was absolutely a royal pain and never stayed where we set it. The internet connection was buffering non-stop. The streaming channels that were suppose to be included were not. There was a huge ball of human hair (like someone cleaned out their hair brush) under the coffee table, leaving you to think how well they cleaned. The rug in the bedroom had been white one day, so dirty and stained. No where to put your clothes, and only a handful of hangers. No nightstands. We used the small kitchen chairs. They left 2 rolls of toilet paper for our 6 day stay. It’s advertised shampoo and soap provided, which they were however it’s in an economy size container which all guests seem to share. Unsanitary!!! The bare minimum on dish/ utensil supply. The wall to adjoining apartment is paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING! The faucet in the tub/shower is so difficult to turn on we thought it would break. Did contact management that there were missing photos/art from the living room walls with Velcro still left where they were attached. We’re hoping we don’t get charged for these! Received two notices on check out to make sure to do our own laundry for towel usage as we leave. Not impressed. Will not recommend.
The property is in a rural outskirts neighborhood that might not be everyone’s comfort level. Not a lot of street lighting which could creep some people out. The property was clean except the area rugs could use a deep cleaning or replacement. The appliances all worked well and were new. The weather was very cool when we were in Arizona and the furnace worked well and kept us toastie. Having the washer and dry was also a great plus too.
This property had everything we needed plus more!! Linens were freshly cleaned and the place smells like home. Great area to walk by sidewalk to nearby convenience stores and fast food. 10 out of 10 recommend.
This little condo is just what you need to rest after a long day at the canyon. It is conveniently located near the highway and just about a half mile away from a grocery store.
This property seems brand new. Dan did a great job decorating and I appreciated the upgraded details. The neighborhood is old but I suspect it will look very different in the future with the addition of properties like these. It has everything you need, I only wished for large serving bowls as we did cook the first night and I made a big salad. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. I think it would be fine for couples with one or two small children if you plan to be out and about and don’t need an outside space to explore. Good job, Dan.
