K&M Lake Rentals Cabin #1

This is a spacious one bedroom cabin located in a small, well maintained RV park in South Toledo Bend. The bedroom has a queen and twin bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is very clean and includes everything from towels and linens to coffee pots for your stay. You'll have access to a covered patio with a grill and picnic tables as well as wifi, a large covered private patio, and a full kitchen.

This space is well decorated, affordable, and in a great location! Approximately one mile from a public boat launch and driving distance to Sabine ATV Park, South Toledo Bend State Park, and Sam Forse Collins Recreation Area. This is the perfect space for a family getaway or fishing trip.

Pets are allowed with a $25/day pet fee. They are required to be in a kennel anytime they are unsupervised in the cabin. Please discuss all pets that will be on the property before booking. Special permission is required for pets over 25lbs. Also please pick up after your pets.

There will be a minimum of a $250 cleaning fee charged if it is determined that there was smoking in the cabins.

Great little cabin

We have stayed here many times through the years and I must say that the Megan (new owner) was awesome. She asked several time if we had everything we need and if we needed anything she was there. Nice little cabin with a large back deck We will always check this cabin first on any future visits to Toldedo Bend Thanks Megan We really enjoyed the weekend The DiSanto's
