Points négatifs : la maison a besoin d'un bon coup de rafraichissement et de réaménagement, le container à poubelles (pas de ramassage) est loin, véhicule nécessaire pour les courses.Points positifs : très grande maison et beau jardin dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.
