Beautiful holiday home rental in Loctudy on the south coast of Brittany. Comfortable house , very spacious and bright, for 8 people, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Lodonnec. 4 bedrooms, 2 sofas 2 bathrooms 2 toilets.
New furniture. Neat decoration. Calm neighborhood. garden with trees. Terrace facing south/south west, equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, awning, deckchairs. 4 bicycles available. Wireless. Big screen TV, Hifii system.
Lodonnec beach, the most beautiful in Loctudy, is a 10-minute walk away or 3 minutes by bike.
It is exposed south/east, and therefore well sheltered from the prevailing winds and currents. Children can swim in it in complete safety.

We built this house with the approach retirement, first for us, as a second home, in southern Finistère department warmer than the north where we reside. Then we decided to make it available to vacationers few weeks a year.

We love this house that we made to our taste, in a lovely garden. It is quiet, near the sea often brighter that at inland
