A really cute and comfortable house with very nice furnishings and decor. Very close to Main Street, just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Steve and Denise are wonderful hosts, and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend renting any of their properties.

Perfect place for a couple. Very comfy and an easy stroll to enjoy the restaurants and shops in Old Town Cottonwood. The hosts are great and easy to work with. We will be back!

This place is perfect for a trip to Cottonwood. Everything is prestige clean, bed was super comfortable and it was the perfect distance to walk to Old Town Cottonwood. We will definitely choose to stay here again when visiting!

This house was great and exactly as described. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great. It was only a short walk to old town Cottonwood. The bed was very comfortable too. We slept great!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and located in such a central area that we walked most of the weekend. We also loved the history of the house and pride the owners showed in everything from the Welcome booklet to the finishes itself. Would definitely stay here again. Cottonwood is such a great little town.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay for visiting Cottonwood and the surrounding area. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurant, shops, and tasting rooms in Cottonwood, and we loved reading about the history of the house in book provided by the hosts. Hosts were very responsive. The home is very nice, comfortable and quiet. There was a coffee pot, pots and pans, a little bit of everything in the kitchen really! Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. We had great Communication with the homeowners! We would definitely recommend!!

Exceptional stay at this bungalow home. Never moved the car for our weekend stay in Old Town Cottonwood. The home had everything we needed for comfort and relaxation. Ideal for checking out what Main St has to offer and had a great stay. Thanks to the hosts as well for excellent communication and hospitality. Will be back.

This property was great for our weekend getaway. Our place was spotless and we loved the comfy king sized bed and huge shower. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and so close you can drop off purchases made while shopping and head back out easily. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well appointed. There are no screens on the windows, so we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the windows open but it didn’t matter due to the AC in the room that worked perfectly.

Wonderful time in Cottonwood

Enjoyed our stay in Cottonwood and the house was very nice. Perfect for a couple looking to get away and enjoy the entire Sedona area. Excellent restaurants, hiking, and touristy stuff.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Steve & Denise are kind, knowledgeable and accommodating hosts.This cottage has a lot of history behind it. If you stay there, be sure to read the book they've compiled; it's fascinating.I wish I could give it six stars!

Steve and Denise are super host and Steve explained all the history of the bungalow and other rentals on the same property along with the history of the horse trough, the adobe building and the basement which may have had a tunnel or room that was used during Prohibition!! The bungalow was nicely decorated, cozy and clean!! For those out there that are sensitive to scented products, laundry detergents and air fresheners, they do not use any in their rentals which was a huge plus for me!! We definitely would stay at their place again!!
