This well-appointed condo is situated in a unique oceanfront building designed for taking in bay or ocean views in Ocean City, Maryland. Close to tennis courts, restaurants, and shopping, this home includes a dishwasher, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. Catch up with old friends while enjoying the panoramic view and don't forget to take advantage of the heated outdoor pool.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and convenient to beach access. Place was clean and check in was on time. Awesome views of the fireworks on the beach from the balcony!

Lovely ocean view condo. It is Great to wake up and sip coffee while gazing at the waves coming in. Condo with a very homey feeling; very comfortable and furnished adorably. Centrally located to a lot of conveniences as well as restaurants.

Beautiful views from the balcony. Enjoyed the high top table and chairs. Perfect for dolphin watching. The unit was nice. Bed was comfortable. The cleaners could have done a more thorough job preparing for incoming guests. I had to sweep, vacuum and dust a few areas that had been overlooked. Unclean dishes were still in the dishwasher. Overall it was a good experience. Would rent this unit again.

Our first time staying at this location. It was nice and location was great. Just wish housekeeping actually cleaned. We found fruit loops under the coffee table and couch, crumbs all over the kitchen table and island. I had to vacuum the master bedrooms rug. And the ac wasn't working right the last night.
