We really enjoyed close access to the beach including a beach view. The pool was also very nice for a dip after being out in the sun. The condo itself was tidy and clean with an in-unit washer and dryer for laundry. You need to provide your own linens. We came after the main season and it was a perfect beach get-away!

Location, amenities and parking were well described in listing and photos gave a good picture of what to expect. Communication with our hosts was excellent and supported an easy check-in and check-out. The unit is thoughtfully furnished with anything one could need during a stay. Ocean views and balcony seating outstanding! We enjoy the ocean view regardless of the season, but would love to stay for a week in summer when we could enjoy the beach and pool. We have rented this unit for a few years now and will continue to rent. It fits our family needs and is clean and well stocked. Conveniently located to grocery store, ice cream store and other popular attractions. Host is very good at responding and rectifying any issues that arise.

The condo was immaculate, the location perfect and the hosts were readily available. Our multigenerational family enjoyed the proximity to the beach, pool and walkable restaurants. We also loved the spaciousness of the balcony facing the ocean.

This location was perfect for our family. Midtown small condo almost right on the beach with ocean views plus the luxury of a pool are hard to find and the cleanliness and property were excellent. Well taken care of facility and a lovely condo to stay in with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Property owners easy to communicate with and provided clear directions for stay and checkin.

Everything we wanted, PLUS!

The place was perfect for our beach trip! Beach was a short walk away and when it was too windy at the beach, we were able to stay at the pool! We also loved that we were away from alot of the action, but still within walking distance of some many shops and restaurants! Loved it!

Just love midtown OC. Not a lot of high rises so beach isn't crazy busy. We personally loved this place because it is right across the street from our summer home and makes a great place for overflow family! Pool is a great amenity.
