Come and recharge your batteries in this small authentic hamlet "Les Marches" facing south and located on the edge of the Ecrins park, 3kms from the resort of Orcières Merlette. Nature lovers, you will be quiet and can go hiking, paragliding, sports at altitude, summer and winter, or at the leisure centre, 5 minutes away by car.
The house includes a terrace and a balcony with mountain views.
It includes two living spaces, several bedrooms (5), a bathroom, a shower room and a toilet area, 3 toilets, a ski room, With its more than 176 m², on several levels, this house allows everyone to isolate themselves to rest. The latter is not suitable for people with motor disabilities.
Children and adults will be able to enjoy this beautiful village in peace and quiet (hide and seek in summer, sledging and sliding in winter in front of the house), avoiding the main road that bypasses the hamlet.
In Les Marches, there is no shop, just a sheepfold where you can find goat's cheese, freshly laid eggs, and many other delicacies from the farm.
The more athletic can reach the resort on foot by a small path that climbs in the middle of a beautiful landscape... count 20 minutes!
For shopping: mini-markets and a market every Thursday at the resort, Biocoop in the valley 10 minutes away, supermarkets in St Bonnet or Gap.
