The chalet is located in the Hautes-Alpes, in the heart of Orcières Merlette resort (1850m) and at the gates of the Ecrins natural park at 500m walk from the center of the resort and the ski lifts. 150m from a free shuttle stop for the center of the resort and the ski lifts. In the middle of a garden of 7a - Wonderful view, facing south.
The chalet is composed of 2 apartments on 2 levels, with separate entrances, without internal connection. It has a privative ground, extending around the chalet of 7a.
1st floor, 55m², large terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed 1m60 and the other with 4 bunk beds, bathroom, toilet, living room, living room, kitchen

Excellent location shirt walk to shops and slopes

Friendly helpful guardian met us at property and showed us facilities. Helped to get bed linen & towels (which you need to book in advance) only lived across the road so was on hand if any problems. Well equipped chalet with great position helped to make our family holiday unforgettable.

La personne qui nous a reçu était vraiment gentille. Le logement est très bien, très bien situé ; seul petit bémol l'accès au chalet un peu rude... Une rembarde sur le côté rendrait l'accès un peu plus sûr.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au nouvel an.Nos amis (2 adultes et 2 enfants) ont pris le rdc et nous (2 adultes et 3 enfants) l’étage. Le chalet possède une belle terrasse sud, on mangeait à midi en plein soleil.La salle à manger est suffisamment grande pour 6 adultes, les enfants mangeaient avant nous.Le défaut est son accès car il faut prendre un chemin rocailleux à pied sur 80m, les enfants sont tombés quelques fois. On avait pris une consigne proche des pistes pour y laisser nos skis, on n’a donc pas pris la navette qui passe à côté du chalet.Nos 4 enfants (5 a 10 ans) n’avaient pas de soucis pour le trajet à pied.Le chalet est à recommander!

Vue a couper le souffle

Nous avons passer un excellent moment dans le chalet avec nos amis! La localisation est au premier abord assez éloignée du champ de neige et l accès via une côte ai dénivelé important est assez difficile mais une consigne pour le matériel prêt du front de neige a vite résolu la problématique. Le chalet est bien équipé et à tous le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour dans une très bonne station.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Puis je ajouter qu'il y a une navette gratuite qui passe régulièrement à 100m du chalet. La navette mène au centre de la station et au départ des pistes. Hélas à Merlette, aucun chalet individuel n'est au pied des pistes.

Great.

This is a great property in a great location, the views are fabulous. Bit of a trek from the car parking with luggage and shopping but the views more than make up for it. Comfortable beds, close to all the local facilities. Great summer adventure.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le chalet est bien équipé, bien situé, tout près du centre de la station, au calme, sans vis à vis, avec une vue superbe. Seul bémol, les bruits de pas et de chaises lorsque l’on est dans l’appartement du bas, qui peuvent être gênants surtout lorsque les gens ne se connaissent pas.

Pour information, nous ne louons quasi jamais l un ou l autre des 2 appartements séparément et si tel est le cas, c'est où le haut ou le bas, donc jamais de gêne entre inconnus😉 Nous avons rénové la totalité de ce chalet de 1960, intérieur et extérieur, mais nous n avons pas reinsonorise le sol entre les 2 appartements. Super séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce chalet. L'accueil des propriétaires par téléphone et du responsable de l'état des lieux ont été fait avec soins et sympathie. Le chalet est très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Parfait pour nos 2 petites familles (chacun avait son espace). Nous nous sommes régalés, nous reviendrons !

Chère Madame, Vous êtes arrivée à 9h alors que les arrivées se font à 16h. Un ménage était prévu que nous avons dû annuler puisque vous étiez déjà dans le chalet. Nous sommes donc désolés si tout n'était pas parfait mais nous n'en sommes pas responsables. Quant au parking, nous acceptons votre critique car notre voisin fait des travaux qui bloquent notre parking momentanément. Nous nous en excusons.

Chalet super bien placé près de toutes les commodités sans avoir les inconvénients du bruit de la station . Vue exceptionnelle et avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique .
