If I were to live in Paris, this might well be the neighbourhood I'd choose, it's lively, vibrant, and has everything you need with only a few minutes walk.Mathieu was an excellent and responsive host, and I'm pleased to recommend his condo.

Wonderful stay in charming neighborhood

Wonderfully renovated studio apartment and a great value for the price. Looks just like the photos, felt clean and safe. I personally was looking for a location with a washing machine and it worked perfectly. Excellent location as well, very close proximity to two different metro lines to get around the city quick. Any question I had was quickly answered through the app. Highly recommend this place and management company!

Les échanges avec l’hôte avant et après l’arrivée ont été très fluides. L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable et sa situation idéale pour accéder au Sacré Cœur à pied. Le métro est tout à côté ligne 4 et 12, tout comme les commerces de proximité.

Appréciations logement

Logement très bien situé avec bars, restaurants, commerces,bus, métro. Un peu de mal à trouver le logt par rapport à l'adresse (manque de précision). TV, cafetière ne fonctionnaient pas et fer à repasser inexistant. Hôte très réactif et problèmes résolus rapidement sauf le fer à repasser, il faudrait faire un contrôle et inventaire du logement avant l'arrivée des locataires.
