The living room consists of two distinct spaces: a TV corner with a sofa and coffee table, as well as a second relaxation area with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. Ideal for convivial moments with family or friends.



The night space includes three bedrooms. The first, accessible through the garage, offers access to a small private garden and features a double bed (140x200 cm). The second, accessible via the storeroom corridor, is also equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm). Finally, the third is a perfect dormitory for children, with two bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 people.



The accommodation includes two bathrooms with shower and two independent toilets (one of which is accessible only through the garage). For added comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge are available in the utility room.
