Located in the north-west of Corsica, in the Balanin territory of LISULA, the E Cotule apartment (180m²) welcomes you to the village of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, a preserved and warm holiday resort. Situated on the mountain slope of the village in the Natura 2000 "Reginu Valley" area, the apartment overlooks the Reginu plain, the lake di E Cotule as well as the entire Balanin mountain range and its highest peaks. All this within a 10-minute drive of the most beautiful beaches of Balagne and Ile-Rousse.

The 180m2 apartment occupies the entire ground floor of a building composed of 2 apartments (12 people maximum) with high quality services where the calm combined with the surrounding nature will make your stay more comfortable and relaxing. A luxury apartment with a capacity of 8 people, it has a private terrace of 30m² with direct access to the swimming pool. The residence has a large heated swimming pool (10x5m), an outdoor shower, a shaded rest area by the water with a coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator available. A multi-game area (petanque court, children's games, etc.), a gym, a sauna and a shower are at your disposal with free access.

Totally independent, it occupies the entire 1st level of the building and can accommodate up to 8 people in optimal comfort. It is composed of:

- Two air-conditioned suites with Queen Size beds, led TVs, shower room, toilet and dressing room
- An air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, led TVs and dressing room
- An air-conditioned bedroom with Queen size bed, led TVs and dressing room
- A shared shower room and toilet
- A laundry room
- A modern kitchen open to the living room and the living room opening for two large bay windows onto the 30m² south-facing terrace offering you a majestic view with changing colours depending on the time of day that you will be difficult to do without. The terrace has a dining area with garden furniture, plancha and an aperitif area like a bar terrace.

- Personalised welcome every day from 4:30 p.m. for customers by reservation (for late arrival contact us).
- Linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers) as well as towels (1 large and 1 small towel shower towel per person) are provided.
- A change of linen, shower and kitchen linen will be carried out every weekend.
- Intermediate cleaning will be carried out at the end of each week for stays of 14 nights or more
