*RESORT LOCATION: in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida (NW panhandle), only about 20 minutes from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and about 10 minutes from Pier Park. The Shoppes at Edgewater, Subway, Waffle House, Firefly restaurant, a roller rink, bowling alley, arcade and gift shops are all located across the street from the resort.
RENTAL TERMS
-Check-in: 5pm Central. Check-out: 10am.
-The vapor seal for the patio door was affected by the last hurricane so there is some haze on parts of the glass, but it is only cosmetic.
-Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced due to fire code.
-All occupants' names and ages must be provided to be registered as authorized guests. You may be required to show ID during your stay for age verification.
-Not following house and/or resort rules may result in expulsion without refund.
-No partying allowed, out of respect for our friends who are our neighbors and have children.
-You are responsible for paying for any damaged or missing items. Let me know of any damage prior to checkout so I can plan accordingly in preparation for the next guest.
-A cleaning company cleans, launders, and restocks the unit after each guest.
-Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed and depend on the cleaning lady's schedule. Occupying or re-entering the resort and/or unit outside the permitted times is TRESPASSING and is illegal.
-I try to follow the exact same process for all bookings, but please note that last-minute bookings and short stays sometimes run a little differently, so I encourage booking in advance.
-If you have special bath towel, sheet, pillow, bedding, and/or kitchenware requirements, please ask prior to booking, and consider bringing your own items.
-There may be minor repairs happening around the resort as part of normal maintenance and upkeep.
-Guests are responsible for researching the area, resort, and unit in advance.
-Resort security has cameras throughout the resort general areas.
-All occupants will be bound by the terms of this agreement, rental guidelines and resort rules.
-Unit will be inspected, inventoried, videoed and/or photographed before check in and after check out.
-The cost of any damage, any items removed or missing from the unit, unapproved early check-in fees, late check-out fees, excessive cleaning fees and return shipping fees for any personal items left will be charged to the guest.
-If at any time you or your party members are asked to leave by Security, the Condo Association, Staff or Management, NO REFUND will be issued.
-The guest shall, at their expense, and throughout the period of the rental, keep the property in a state of cleanliness and in good condition and repair.
-The guest acknowledges that at commencement of the rental the property is in good and substantial repair except for any defect the guest may report to the host during the first day of the rental.
-Any unsafe or dangerous conditions must be reported to the host immediately. The guest acknowledges that the use of the property is entirely at the guest's risk. The guest shall indemnify and save harmless the host against and from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities arising from any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury, or death resulting from the use of the rental property. The guest assumes full responsibility for fulfilling the terms of the rental for the period stated.
