Great view of the ocean. While it’s not a balcony there are still balcony points in each floor. Very clean cozy and convenient and the host was very prompt on all communication. Would definitely rent again!

Unit was equivalent to a Motel Six with an absolutely beautiful view but only visibleif you are standing or rearrange a chair in front of large window. Can not enjoy a cup of coffee watching the morning sun light up the Gulf except from from the rearrange furniture. Very dated unit and inexpensively decorated. I have sent my recommendations directly to owner. Hot water will only last long enough for one shower. Tube does not have a drain assembly making the tub unusable for a bath. View is only positive outside of communication, check in, and cleanliness.
