We strive to provide a high standard of cleanliness, and we will address the issue with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the supplies, we do aim to provide a starter set of essentials for our guests, similar to what you would find in a hotel, but we understand how a few additional touches could enhance the experience.
