Fantastic location and great house. I missed to read there was construction going on next door but it was bearable and not too much noise. Sure that topic is mute eventually. Anyway, short walk to all the restaurants and beach right in front of the backyard. House had all the amenities you desire and beds were very comfy. Another very pleasant Folly trip behind us

Overall experience was wonderful. Considering the lot next door with all the trucks and equipment moving around with a lot of noise at 7am we feel the price should reflect that disturbance or at least don’t allow them to start at 7 and maybe 8 to 8:30 would be tolerable. If that’s city and not in your control a little better price on the rent of the house would be more acceptable. Thank you

Great house in a great location right on Folly Beach. You're far enough away from the beach for some privacy but only steps on the private walkway to the sand. Restaurants and shops are right around the corner. Parking is under the unit protecting everything from the elements. House is spacious, clean, and well stocked with dishes, pots, coffee makers, etc. Would highly recommend for a family vacation or a couples getaway.

We loved this property! Perfect size, gorgeous balconies with amazing views and so close to all of the restaurants! The boardwalk to the beach was very nice and private! Highly recommend staying here!
