5209 Hampton Place is a three bedroom, three bathroom end unit with incredible views and the capacity to accommodate 10 guests.

The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for tons of beautiful natural sunlight, a flat screen TV and access to the private wraparound balcony. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, an eat-at bar, perfect for coffee in the morning, and quaint sitting area with access to an additional private oceanfront balcony. Additionally, there is a dining area with seating for six.

The master bedroom has amazing ocean views, a king bed and access to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a double sink vanity, deep garden tub and a stand-alone shower. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed and ocean views. The second guest bedroom features two full beds and those same great ocean views that the other rooms have to offer. Both guest bedrooms have private bathrooms.

The star of the show at 5209 Hampton Place is certainly the panoramic view from the wraparound balcony. You will absolutely love spending your mornings in the ocean breeze and your evenings unwinding in the salty air as the sun goes down.

Hampton Place is a gorgeous, oceanfront complex located in Palmetto Dunes. This complex offers an oceanfront swimming pool (heated seasonally), kid's pool, sun deck, barbecue area and fitness center. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck over the dunes to one of the finest stretches of beach on Hilton Head. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer - golfing, tennis, fishing and miles of bike paths.

The property description nails it…BEST location and view in Palmetto Dunes!! Spotless and extremely well outfitted. Nothing more needed in kitchen to entertain or cook. Easy in…easy out. You definitely get what you pay for! We’ll be back.
