Cozy cottage at 8 Park Road

We enjoyed our stay. Cottage was exceptionally clean and accommodating and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and sofas were cozy for lounging. We enjoyed the private pool area also. There was a beach wagon and chairs and beach toys for beach. We walked each day to beach. Cottage is located on a quiet street in close proximity to shopping and restaurants and activities. Communication with host office was great. We would recommend.

Description and photos online are very accurate. Inside is nicely appointed and decorated. Pool area is nice. Good location. Everything worked and in good condition. Not in the description, but there are some (slightly used) beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys, wake boards, a couple umbrellas and a wagon already there. Stayed in NFB area multiple times over the years. All in all, really happy with the rental and would recommend.

The Cottage was super clean and perfectly decorated. The managing group was quick to assist when we reached out. The location to the beach was amazing and the location of the home was private and made for a very secluded stay. Having the pool to come back to after a Long Beach day hit the spot. Great Place, Great Location

Great house for a beach stay. Really cozy house with a great outdoor area. Easy walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny. Hard to beat the location, private but connected. We definitely would stay here again.

Awesome Stay!

Great getaway!

This was our second year in a row stay here. The location is great, Bike/walk to Coligny, the beach, and stores.The house is well maintained and check in / out was a breeze. it’s great having the pool and patio area. We had an issue with the coffee maker and sent a quick text and it was taken care of that afternoon.You can’t go wrong with the place.

Fall Break 2024

This property is awesome !!! Great location to beach, shopping and grocery. Loved the back yard and pool area ❤️ we ate out only once and enjoyed the Farmer’s Market fresh fish in our grill. Home has everything our family needed

Great summer vacation home

This was the perfect home for our summer vacation. We loved it! It was so clean and inviting and had ample space to enjoy time together cooking meals, playing games and relaxing by the pool. The location of the home is in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. We will definitely book this home again if we return to Hilton Head!

Great Location!

7 of us stayed at The Cottage on Park and it was a perfect rental for us! We especially loved playing games at the huge dining room table in the evening. Walking to Coligny and the beach was easy- even for Grandma who is 83! The beds were super comfortable and we found ourselves sleeping in longer than usual!

Wonderful!

The cottage is amazing. Very roomy with plenty of room for all seven of us. It was so clean and was convenient to shopping and dining in coligny. The outdoor space was great. Lots of seating and a small Pool. We enjoyed it so much and would love to return.

Great summer vacation

House was situated perfectly with access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The street was super quiet and lots of trees for shade. The house had beach chairs and a wagon that accommodated our family of 6. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and the grill also made cooking easy. The pool was great for after the beach to still hang outside and get some shade and cool off in the water. We highly recommend this house and will absolutely book it again when we visit Hilton Head next!

Great spring break vacation

The Cottage on Park was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The beach is a quick walk across the street and Coligny shops and restaurants are a 1/2 mile walk away. The pool was a nice amenity, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, absolutely every need was met. Additionally, the hosts were readily available, answering any questions we had extremely quickly. We love visiting Hilton Head and will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Cottage Perfection

The cottage was great. Location to the beach and Coligny was perfect. The cottage was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. The only thing missing was the Golf Channel that the golfers wanted on the rainy evening/day. Will rent again.
