This 3/2.5 raised home built in 2020 is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Centrally located to all the Gulf Coast has to offer and steps from the beautiful sandy beaches of Long Beach. Downtown is a short stroll or car ride for Dining, Bakery, Splash Pad, Library,Coffee Shop or Adult Beverages. Enjoy cooling off in the private pool or taking in the beautiful views from large front porch. Only 1 hour from New Orleans !

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
~Please do not strip beds
~Start the dishwasher
~Place dirty towels in the washer and start the machine.
~ Lights off and A/C back to 78.
~Return pool keys to the pocket of the TV downstairs.
~Trash should be placed in the can downstairs and rolled to the curb on Sundays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
