This 3/2.5 raised home built in 2020 is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Centrally located to all the Gulf Coast has to offer and steps from the beautiful sandy beaches of Long Beach. Downtown is a short stroll or car ride for Dining, Bakery, Splash Pad, Library,Coffee Shop or Adult Beverages. Enjoy cooling off in the private pool or taking in the beautiful views from large front porch. Only 1 hour from New Orleans !
There is a designated walking and bike path nearby.

PARKING - available for 4 vehicles

Ring Camera -One camera is mounted in parking area that records audio and video for security. There are no other cameras located on the property. Camera will be active during reservations.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
~Please do not strip beds ~Start the dishwasher ~Place dirty towels in the washer and start the machine.
~ Lights off and A/C back to 78. ~Return pool keys to the pocket of the TV downstairs. ~Trash should be placed in the can downstairs and rolled to the curb on Sundays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool gate to remain closed at all times Locked when not in use Minors must be supervised in pool by an adult at all times. No jumping or diving.
Guests are expected to respect the surrounding property owners. No disturbances or excessive noise resulting in complaints. Quiet time after 10 pm.
Guests shall provide photo ID, agree to house rules within 24 hrs of booking. Accurate guest count required prior to booking.

This is a great beach house! The pool area has a restroom and wash off area for sand from the beach. The house is big and the rooms are great! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something in this area.

Weekend at the Coast

We stayed at Nana Cabana for a weekend trip to the cost with our 3 girls. The home and property was beautiful and as expected, the host was responsive and friendly as well. We got to watch fireworks from the front porch as Long Beach was celebrating the 4th of July, and that was a pleasant surprise! Needless to say, the location was perfect! Will stay here again!

Lovely home in Long Beach!

We enjoyed this home inside and outside! Drinking morning coffee on the front porch is relaxing! Under the home is a nice swimming people that the grandkids enjoyed and the comfortable sitting area and television made a nice place to watch some of the football games over the weekend. The beach is close enough to enjoy the white sand during the day and flounder hugging at night. This is a great place to rent for a relaxing weekend!

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our trip. The home was beautiful and spacious. The owner was extremely helpful and communication was great!
