Pool smaller than picture, grill was rusty and dirty. Not sure sheets were clean on bed very wrinkled not normal for fresh sheets so we took off aabd washed. Very spacious but needs more kitchen utensils or tell people what they should bring. On our last day the pool area was cleaned early morning so we did not have access to pool for a whole day. Furniture on bedrooms great and comfortable but couch not so much, its down so feathers would stick you and the back cushions were a nightmare so just not comfortable. Communication with staff was good. Its a beautiful home and close to the gulf but could use some improvements with rent being pretty high.

The hostess replied immediately to my questions. The house was decorated nicely. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious. I gave only 4 stars because one of the upstairs bathrooms has a tub that is peeling paint. We felt uncomfortable using it. Hopefully that will be remedied. We would definitely stay again.
