Majestic Sun 311B at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL is a beautiful, updated, Gulf view deluxe beach condo located directly across from the beach on the third floor and sleeps a total of 6. This vacation rental condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master suite! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath deluxe vacation rental condo, you will find a living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal, while the dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 6. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with the beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers beautiful views of the beach with access to the private balcony, an HDTV, and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds, an HDTV, and an attached bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping arrangements. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 6.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Everything about this trip was perfect! Great location, totally clean condo and all the beds were comfortable. The condo had everything a family needed for a week and more.We will definitely be back at this property. Check in was super easy and the golf caart we rented was waiting for us.

Check in was a little bit of a nightmare until I figured out where to go. The place was nice! The location as far as getting to everything was good but the area itsellf was too busy and loud for my taste. Over all nice place.

Master bed sweaking so loud as to wake partner when one moves, den furniture dirty and horribly uncomfortable, upper electrical plug bad near end table on mirrored wall, bulb out master vanity, water filter in frig needs replacing, clock in kitchen needs battery, night light master bath no bulb. Throw pillows old and dirty in entire condo. Perfect location, beautiful view.

There were several beach chairs and an umbrella which we used several days when on the beach. The appliances are updated. Only suggestions we have are new mattresses (current are not super comfortable), update the TVs in the bedrooms (the one in the 2nd bedroom is maybe 20”) and get a table for the balcony to allow for more use of the space.

Beach trip

The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We did sign a waiver that waved the inspection process to be able to get into the unit after 4pm. We cleaned the unit to out satisfaction. There are a few maintenance issues in the room. First of all the mold needs to be removed from the ceiling in the master bathroom. The maintenance person was awesome and she did everything that we asked. There was a huge spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling and she got it off. She also repaired our broken toilet seat. Additional information that needs to be passed on. Both shower heads sprays water all over the place. The shower curtains needs to be replaced with new liner. The stove needs to be leveled or replaced. It is difficult to cook on it because the stove tops are not level. We had a great time and it was a great vacation for our family. The maintenance and cleanliness issues needs to be addressed for future clients.

It's hard to find nice condos that are also extremely clean. The space in this unit is very nice as well. The views are awesome. There is a road inbetween the condo and beach but it does not obstruct the view at all. Glass Casa was great to deal with as well. We'll be back!
