Beautiful home on a very pretty lot with inlet in backyard and beach 5 minutes away. Clean and cozy rooms. Nice to have half-bath upstairs as well as full bath on main floor. Breakfast one day at house, the other 2 at Country Corner Cafe. Wonderful place in Southold. We tried a new place for dinner one night, Sophie's. Really delicious food and nice people. Hope to come back again. Thanks Mae

Lovely setting and cottage. Explored nearby towns, winery, lavender farm. Great fish market in Southold! Walked to beach and enjoyed birds in water. Would suggest host not use such strong home scent/diffuser. Disabled them as soon as we checked in and cracked windows to allow fresh natural air back in.

This was our third stay for a girls weekend at this wonderful spot. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. It is in a quiet location, off the beaten path, but close enough to all the best elements of the Northfork. Mae is a wonderful, responsive host, and we truly look forward to our next stay.

Amazing get away

This is our second time staying at this property and we love everything about. The host goes out of her way to make your stay feel as comfortable and cozy as your own home. The beach is walkable and beautiful- we caught sunsets and sunrises. Lots of family memories

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed staying at the Beach House in Peconic. The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The backyard was just beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet location, near the beach and convenient to wineries. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect waterfront cottage on the North Fork of Long Island

Had a wonderful stay with 2 friends over a beautiful weekend on the North Fork. The house was perfect -- clean, well-located, beautifully decorated, and had the most idyllic waterfront backyard. Would love to come back again!

This cottage was perfect for our NoFo getaway. It was immaculate, well appointed, and the decor was charming. Pretty neighborhood and the beach was a 5 minute walk away. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Adorable house with a view

House was great! Everything you need is available. Cute house and clean. Great location to restaurants, shopping and of course the vineyards. Beautiful view looking out and close walk to the beach. Loved our time and would stay again.
