Great house in a great location

We visited Greenport for a long weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. Had a great time. This house is wonderful - all of the amenities and very close to town - easy walk to all restaurants and bars. We hope to be back again soon!

Glorious house + perfect location + wonderful hosts

We spent six fantastic weeks at this property while our apartment was under construction. The house is lovely, perfectly situated on a quiet street (dead-end) that runs along the Peconic Bay. Beautiful views and fresh breezes just twenty steps from the heart of Greenport Village. House is nicely arranged to accomodate parents, children, along with guests or relatives.

The Perfect House

This house was perfect for our girl’s weekend. The house is even more amazing than the pictures. Lots of room and beautifully decorated. It is so close to everything yet tucked away so that it is quiet and peaceful. The host is amazing and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and extremely responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend!

Greenport Winery Weekend

Our group of 7 friends had a lovely stay in this home! It is so clean and well set up for relaxing and having quality time with friends. The large kitchen and living room are great for cooking breakfast at home and having a comfortable split to lounge around and chat. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up really well for a large group and the proximity of the house to the train station and dining options makes it the perfect spot for car-less visitors from the city!! Thank you Jaqueline for hosting us- our group has already talked about how we would like to book a return stay!

We stayed at this updated gem of a house for our son’s wedding weekend. Its location to town is perfect and the view from the primary bedroom deck of the water is beautiful. The home was well stocked with towels, sheets and kitchen and bath products. Thank you!!

Greenport gem!

If you want to take advantage of everything Greenport has to offer, book this house ASAP. We LOVED walking into town multiple times a day with our two little ones. We stayed here with two families and were very comfortable. We did lots of playing and cooking in the home as well, had the best week!

Fathers Day Weekend

Great communication with our host. Had a 1 year old, 2.5 yo and 5 year old in the house besides the 6 adults and everyone was comfortable. Location was amazing. Loved the house and hopefully will do another trip to greenport/this residence in the future!

Awesome Spot

This is a great home in an exceptional location that's close to everything Greenport has to offer. Walking distance (as in less than 2 minutes) to the village shops, restaurants, and some beaches. Comfortably can fit a large family or small family gathering (we had 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5). Great fenced in back yard and the home had everything we needed to cook, clean, etc. Hoping to make it an annual trip.

Great Location!

Our family spent a great 3 nights in this super cute, clean, home with much attention to detail. Quality furnishings throughout and location could not be beat! 1 block to Brewery, village, even walking distance to a LI Sound beach and winery. Quiet and comfy place to return to after a day of fun on the NoFo. Can't wait to come back!
