Condo has two full bathrooms and bedroom sleeping for 6, as well as a queen futon in the loft. Flat screen TV with cable and HBO in the living room, and a second TV with Wii up in the loft - perfect setup for vacation with kids. Living room has a wood-burning fireplace, firewood included. Southwest facing slider and deck in this top floor unit flood the main living areas with light and heat, with a beautiful view of the Winter Park slopes and gorgeous sunsets. Roomy main living area has space for two large couches and a table for 6. Kitchen peninsula has 3 stools for additional seating. With an updated and fully equipped kitchen, board games and toys, this is a comfortable and cozy place to hang with family and friends.

Because Covid restrictions are changing in response to updated CDC numbers, access to Club Meadow Ridge may require masking and/or reservations. Please check with the Club on arrival for their most updated health and safety protocols.

This rental requires a rental agreement. Agreement must be signed and returned before booking will be confirmed.

Cozy Fraser Condo

A group of friends and I stayed at this condo for a Winter Park ski trip. Not only did it exceed all of our expectations, our host Heidi went above and beyond what was required to make sure we had everything we needed. If I ever return to Winter Park I would without a doubt stay at this rental again.
