About this property

Spring and summer are right around the corner!

Perfect for families, couples and solo travelers. Traditional mountain cottage with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and separate dining room. There is also a screened in three season room and a patio. Community association hosts numerous events and there are three pools and two lakes. Close to skiing, outlet shopping, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari water park, hiking, biking and water sports. Enjoy nature all year round!

IMPORTANT: Per Arrowhead policy, reservations with the community must be made and paid for at least 3 days in advance. I will need your car information to do this so please check your inbox for details after booking.

Arrowhead Lake is a Gated Community. Temporary membership fees are mandatory and assessed to all rental parties. These fees are not based on amenities and must be paid prior to arrival.

New rates as of April 15, 2024:

Transaction Fee per Rental: $20

Gate Card Fee: $20 per card

Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $2.00 daily off-season/$8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 24, 2024 through September 2, 2024)

Registration within 3 days is allowed but in order to encourage early registration so that staff can keep up with incoming registrations, a Late Fee of $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. No Same-Day registrations are allowed (Cut-off for Same day is 11:59PM the day before arrival).

Please consider this before booking and include in your budget. It is WELL worth the cost, because it allows you to use all the POOLS, the LAKES, 4 Beaches the LODGE, Gym, Game Room, Kids Play Room, Library and more...

There is an additional pet fee of $25 per visit to cover cleaning. Please disclose if you plan to bring a pet; otherwise the fee will be taken out of the deposit. Also, if you plan to let your pets on the furniture, please bring a blanket for them to protect from damage.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do dishes.
Take trash with you (to trash center).
Turn off AC/heat down to 50.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No fireworks; do not leave food outside (there are bears and raccoons); no speeding--Arrowhead will issue tickets.
Please do not leave dirty dishes. Also, due to septic system, please wipe grease out of pans before washing.
Check out is 11AM unless prior approval is granted. A $20 fee will apply to late checkouts. Please take trash with you.

This little cabin was so nice! Our cats loved going out on the porch to have a peek into the trees (though they also learned they don't like being cold). The sitting room is just super comfy with such a pretty window and a nice L couch. Overall, it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Arrowhead Lake with Aliza as the host. She is amazing and always available to answer questions and provide help whenever needed. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself is beautiful inside and out. The community is lovely, with several beaches, and the home is just a short walk from the water. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This place is perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted out of a Poconos house. Super cozy and really interesting art. Aliza was lovely and responsive. Grill, fire pit and so close to the beaches. Arrowhead is a great location. Just wished we could have stayed longer!

Cozy getaway

Small cozy cabin, a perfect getaway for us and the dogs. The cleaner missed few trash empty water bottle under the couch and a used tissue behind the make up mirror. Also couldn’t find wine opener. But other then that it was a great stay, host was responsive and allowed us to have a late checkout

We really enjoyed our cottage stay at Arrowhead Lake. Aliza responded quickly to any questions and the entry instructions were very clear and easy. We watched the deer from the screened porch while drinking our morning coffee and in the afternoon relaxed in the sun on the back deck. The new kitchen with new appliances was a nice surprise. We loved Aliza’s place and wound stay again.

Comfortable home easy walk to beach

2 adults, 2 teens, and our dog all enjoyed our stay here! Clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and very comfortable with both a cozy living room and a comfortable 3 season screened in porch. Host answered questions quickly and cheerfully. Short walk to the beach, and we saw many many deer and other wildlife.

Perfect and relaxing

This was everything that we wanted for a 3 day getaway. Very nice property. Had the fire pit going every night, even made mountain pies! My only regret is I didn’t book longer. Easy process. I was in touch with property owner/manager the entire process very simple. We loved our stay and hope to stay again.

Why they chose this property

This property reminds me of the Jersey shore house that my family had for years. We recently sold it and although I love the ocean (I'm a swimmer), I'm becoming a mountain person too.
