This house offers plenty of fun for the whole family. It has a heated pool, 7-person spa, roofed patio with beautiful dining area and gas grill, outdoor ping pong table, hot outdoor shower, loungers, a 2 person hammock, a huge kids playhouse/swing set and an outdoor wood fireplace.
Use the tandem kayak (with cart) and enjoy the ocean which is only a 5 min walk.
We provide everything you need for the beach, beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and a cart to haul everything.
The fun doesn’t stop inside the house with a FULL SIZE POOL TABLE, board games, toys for kids, multiple flat screen 4K smart TVs, high speed internet etc.
The Fort Pierce Downtown & Marina Area with many great restaurants & bars is less than a 10min drive away.

Great place to stay. We really loved the hot tub, pool table, and pool - made it a good family hangout for our Thanskgiving holiday. The beach was walkable - a bit windy in November, but good bodyboarding. The kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated the beach cart that was provided (seemed slightly longer than a 5-min walk, but there are multiple beaches nearby).

The property is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with good access to beaches, parks and restaurants. It was very clean and had numerous activities available (ping pong, pool, basketball and corn hole). We enjoyed our stay!

Fun and comfort in Old FL

We enjoyed this property very much. We were in town for a wedding and wanted place to spread out and have the ability to cook. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. Our son loved it too! The amenities make it extra great. Pool was perfectly heated and the place was very comfortable to settle into at the end of day and wake up to with coffee and tropical landscaping . We had a fabulous time. The amenities (pool, ping pong table, pool table, corn hole, hammock, fire pit) were all used by everyone, nine of us. The closeness to the beach and the jetty was very nice. Did the aquarium and some of us the Navy Seals Museum not far.

Our family ages 2-76 loved our stay, this home is packed with games and activities for all ages. Everything was clean, and our host was amazing! Easy walk to the beach. Many beach items to take with us to the beach. Bikes available to ride. Washer and dryer handy. Kitchen and supplies well stocked. Needed a 3rd bathroom with three women/teenage girls and four men/boys.

Beautiful home and in a great area

Everything was great. The communication was excellent, the place was beautiful and it was lots of fun with all kinds of things to do without leaving the house. The home has a gym in the garage, outdoor heated pool, pool table, ping pong table, board games, basketball hoop in the front, hammock in the backyard along with a children's playground. The host also offers a kayak, loads of beach towels, bikes for riding around and many beach chairs. The host always answers right away and is willing to answer any questions. Awesome place and awesome host

Great space for a group

We took our family (18, 8, 7 and 5) to Fort Pierce and had a great time. The house is very well appointed for kids. There were toys, games and plenty of baby equipment (we did not need it but it is there). The bed's were comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach is very close. Jaycee Park is a 3 minute drive and has an amazing playground fun for all the ages. The Park is also right next to a beach with Bay waters which means that it is shallow with no waves. So again, great for the kids. The Island has restaurants and Ice cream. You will want to do your grocery shopping at the Publix off the Island.

Family House

The house was as advertised and, for the price, a good option. It is on the older side and seems a little worn but was clean and had all the amenities advertised in the listing. The backyard and garage were not very clean and both were a little disorganized (toys scattered about, chalk left on the trampoline, and lots of stuff in the garage) but the owner had four usable beach chairs, two umbrellas, a couple of bikes, and a beach wagon - everything we needed for trips to the beach which was just a short distance away. The pool was nice, especially after a long day at the beach. This is definitely a family (with children) oriented house. Lots of activities (ping pong, pool table, corn hole, trampoline, etc) to keep kids occupied. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Disappointing

This home is probably okay for a family with kids but was marginal at best for our group of 6 women. The 4th bedroom with 3 beds is obviously a storage room. No window. the twin beds are a rickety kids bunk bed with trundle under it. The adult stuck with that room ended up sleeping on two of the thin mattresses on the floor. Awful. We had to buy kitchen washcloths and towels as there were none. The living room furniture is dismal. Especially for a group of 6 adults who didn’t want to sit on the dumpy old cushions on the floor. We had to bring a floor lamp out of the bedroom and put it in the living room as there were no lamps at all. On the plus side the back yard and patio area were nice as was the pool. However the hot tub water was so cloudy that we were uncomfortable using it. We would rate this place a 5 out of 10.
