Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This spacious and serene 5 bedroom/3 bathrooms home with a private patio, deck and many other amenities in South Hutchinson Island is a dream come true! you can enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking & fishing just steps away to the small beach on the back of the house. This amazing home is nested in a small community, that offers a pool and tennis court. Come and see!!

We are available 24/7 by telephone and live a short distance away, should you need us to come to the house for any issues

We are less than a mile away from the beach, 15 minutes to downtown Stuart where you'll find trendy local bars and superb dining. Our neighborhood is a secluded gem in the middle of Jensen Beach. Our driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
Stuart is a hidden gem in the middle of Florida where you have all the amenities from a large city but with that small town feel, where you can feel safe to walk around with its very low crime rates, with some of the best restaurants and bars with live music on most weekends and farmers markets every Sunday.

Our Home is equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Ultra-high-speed internet, smart TV's, comfortable beds, games high end appliances and more!
We go above and beyond to ensure our home is clean and safe.
Downstairs we have two master bedrooms both with ensuite full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with a 6-burner Wolf stove and a farmer sink with views of the river, beautiful dining room coastal furniture, two living rooms. Spiral staircase leads you to the second level, our third room upstairs has the best views of the water and the bridge where you'll be able to watch dolphins and turtles, the hallway takes you to a double sink bathroom with a shower/tub/jacuzzi and a bidet toilet.
The fourth room upstairs is our biggest one with river views as well, and it has two full size beds and twin-size trundle underneath, our last room is perfectly cozy to take a nap is a bit secluded from the rest. Perfect for families to come and enjoy from our beaches to museums and everything also our beautiful town offers! Paradise Awaits

We along with our neighbors have zero tolerance for parties and/or loud noises after 11pm.
No cats allowed, only dogs under 50lbs.

We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days. We were 10 adults - siblings with spouses. Excellent location, great communication, kitchen well stocked. The house was immaculate, though we did encounter a few minor maintenance issues that could use some attention. Fifth bedroom is only accessible through the fourth bedroom.

What a great place for four couples! The view is beautiful and home was equipped perfectly. We had some family for a birthday dinner and great space and the fuse ball table was great entertainment for younger ones.

Our family of 9 enjoyed a long vacation at this home and it was perfect! We were traveling with an infant so having a house was preferred over a hotel for all her and the family’s needs.The house was clean and comfortable - the view is amazing and access to everything in the area was easy.The owners had great communication and were available for anything we needed. Family Trip

Hosts were very kind, accommodating and timely in communication. Perfectly located within a couple minute drive of the ocean/public beaches. Home was perfect for our party of 9, plenty of room to socialize, relax. Kitchen fully equipped. Only oops: there is no sandy beac as shown in the online pictures. It has been replaced with a grassy preserve area which hindered to “lounge on a beach” at the property. All in all, a great trip for our family and I would recommend this property to others.

AC and Parking spots

It was extremely hot and humid the weekend we stayed. The thermostat was locked and we asked to have the air conditioning turned up at night. It was very uncomfortable at night to sleep despite the fact that we asked to adjust the AC. There are only 3 parking spots available at the property and two guest spots. Renting a house with 5 bedrooms may require more than 3 spots available. The guest spots were rarely open.

Roach Motel

I felt like I was camping at times with all of the bugs in the house and that is after the owner told us we couldn't check in earlier due to it being cleaned. I would fire the cleaning lady as there was no cleaning being done. We found a dead roach in the fridge, SEVERAL alive ones all over the kitchen, including in and on the toaster, a dead one by the trash can along with several flying one's upstairs that limited us on using that bathroom. When we alerted the owner, he told me there was a bug zapper in the bedroom to help with the problem; well, 1.) I shouldn't have to use one and 2.) it was so bright and loud, one couldn't sleep with it on. On top of it all, a few of us had dead roaches in our suitcases when we got home. This was anything but amazing as the description states.

Nikki was incredibly difficult to deal with since before she checked in 2 weeks prior to her very short 2 day stay she said she needed an early check-in of noon, when we told her that would be impossible because checkout is at 11am and we need to respect other guests time and then enough time for cleaning, she was upset and said she would check again which she did the day before, which she almost demanded the earlier entry we were able to accommodate a 1pm time at no extra cost, knowing she would be a problem we sent our son 30 minutes prior to her stay to look over the entire home and took pictures, no more than 10 minutes after she checked in the first complaint of a dead bug 20 minutes later a mosquito and then a fly in the bathroom (all of this with no pictures or proof) then she wanted the AC at 65° when it was 105° outside, but the real reason we found out after she checked out she wanted a compensation of $405 or else she would leave a "bad review" proof we actually have from her own text, when we told her we don't buy or appreciate being extorted, she got very upset and used foul language again we have the proof. We have tons of great reviews and we take pride in our cleaning process which we take very meticulous, she has to be one of the worst guests we've ever encountered its obvious she has experience trying to get free stays from others, hosts beware of these scams and don't give into them.
