House was as we had hoped. Clean and well stocked.Only drawback was that it’s located on Prospect Ave., so traffic is busy. For our stay it wasn’t an issue, as we had no young ones with us.Will definitely stay again.

Perfect for Weekend in Champaign

This property was very clean, it was stocked with everything we needed and the location was great, both in proximity to Downtown Champaign and to Campustown. I would highly recommend for anyone in town for a weekend, especially if it’s for an Illini game!

Beautiful home

Kenneth has a wonderful property that we were delighted to stay at. They even had a Christmas tree set up for guests. The beds were cozy and the house was very well stocked and maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving weekend

We needed a place to stay while visiting family for the weekend. The house was such a nice alternative to a hotel. It was so comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was such a treat to stay.
