This is a well-maintained and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. It's not proximate to campus town, but everything in Champaign-Urbana is only a 10-minute drive away. All manner of shopping is nearby, as is the cozy Hopscotch bakery. The home is exactly as advertised and the hosts were attentive and readily available for all communication. We recommend this for a U of I visit!

Perfect for the weekend

We stayed at this little house for three nights during graduation weekend and it was great for three people. Great location, super clean and the owner was prompt in communications. Highly recommended.

Stayed Friday evening until Sunday morning. Very clean home was perfect size for short weekend with my husband, son, and dog. Property manager was helpful and responsive.

Foley House

House was wonderful! Very nicely done & well equipped. I would HIGHLY recommend if you in the Champaign area. Area was very convenient! Only feedback is that the listing makes it seem like it has 1 and a half baths, but it only has 1. That would be my one item I would suggest updating. Other than that! Great spot!

The house is pretty clean. We didn't cook meals, but it does provide good pots and pans. I don't recall seeing cooking oil, so if you need to cook you will need to confirm with the rental manager. The bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.Two things did not go well. One was the house does not have washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the amenities listed incorrectly. Honestly, if I knew there were no washer and dryer, I would not book it. Secondly, the bathtub drain is clogged. Water goes down very slowly. I told the rental manager and I believe he will send a plumber to fix that.
