Sweet Caroline: Architect-designed villa with phenomenal sea view

Enter a modern but cosy universe, with 4 bedrooms with modern en-suite bathrooms arranged around a very large living room with breathtaking infinity pool and sea views. The Villa is out of sight, and is located in Elviria, at the top of Nikki Beach, in a very quiet street and walking distance from many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and banks, With 2 large outdoor terraces, a barbecue, and two large tables with chairs for eating outside, all on a plot of 11 ares. The sunsets are unforgettable. The accommodation is fully equipped to accommodate 10-12 people (but only 8 beds), there are fitness equipment, 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, infinity pool that can be illuminated and heated. Photovoltaic panels on the roof to reduce electricity consumption
