The home is beautiful, yes both bedrooms are painted black but the rest of the house is light and beachy. It is extremely well located. We had an injured person with us but we could have walked to 90% of the island. Communication with the owner was a difficult. His messages were timing out before he could get them out and I didn't initially know the door codes but it was all worked out. Our pet was welcomed but he did munch on a blanket and we replaced it. Owner seemed ok as long as it was made right. Thank you again for welcoming us into your home.

Great location for traveling around Galveston. We brought our e-bikes and enjoyed riding on the boardwalk and taking the free ferry ride across the bay. The house was as described in the listing. It is older and very lived-in. Not your usual “boutique cottage” experience. We liked that the house has a lot of “old Galveston charm.” The pool and backyard area was awesome and made the listing worth the price. We would happily stay there again.

Hunter was great to work with. The property was centrally located with easy access to both the Strand and the beach and the fenced yard was a great amenity for a night cap with our dog.

La Casita is a wonderful place! It was perfect for our stay in Galveston. The house is cute, and the backyard and pool create a great little oasis. Hunter was very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect Hideaway

Cute home close to the beach and restaurants! Stayed a few days with our dogs and it was perfect. Enjoyed the beautiful backyard as well. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Guys getaway weekend!

The property was a perfect getaway spot for 4 people. We did a deep sea fishing trip and this place was perfect to come back to to relax and enjoy the great weather out by the pool! Would stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Lots of fun was had in the pool. Home is conveniently located in Galveston to all the attractions. Total bonus we were able to bring our beloved family dog. Owner responded quickly to messages. We would stay again.
