Step inside to an open-concept living area where you and your two fur babies (no weight limit, because big dogs deserve vacations too!) are greeted by an open-concept living room with a large Smart TV. The dining area sits just steps from the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything a foodie needs to feel right at home.
When it's time to recharge, the primary suite offers a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom designed for total relaxation. Enjoy the whirlpool tub or step into the luxurious shower featuring steam and full-body jets, your own private spa experience!
The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a dedicated desk for remote work, with easy access to a full bathroom on the ground level, complete with a standalone shower.
Upstairs, the loft is a kid-approved hangout and game room, featuring a foosball table, a modular sectional with Bluetooth speakers, and a Smart TV with Xbox. The sofa easily converts to additional sleeping space. The pool does not have a handicap-accessible entry but includes a shallow step-in ledge for easier access. These features may not meet all accessibility needs, so please feel free to reach out with any questions. We're happy to help ensure a comfortable stay.
PARKING:
Parking is available for up to three vehicles: one in the private garage and two on-street spaces along Ball Street. Residential parking permits are provided for on-street parking, making it easy and stress-free for families or groups traveling together.
Cameras are located at Each Entry Door & Side Yard for Privacy & Security Purposes.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
This is a pet friendly home for up to 2 dogs, pets are subject to a $100 non-returnable pet fee/per pet. (adult dogs only, no puppies please)
Please try and keep your dogs off the furniture to avoid pet damages. Dog rugs are provided to protect couches.
