Comfortable, fully-equipped seafront chalet for summer and winter enjoyment

Detached chalet on stilts row 11, full sea view, fully air-conditioned (independent ducting in each bedroom), very well oriented, spacious, tastefully furnished with a living area of 85 m² on the 1st floor with a covered terrace of 30m². It is located opposite the night activities to keep your tranquility.
It opens directly onto a very large sandy beach.
Very comfortable, it includes a large living room (TV with Canal +, Netflix) with a very well equipped American kitchen, (induction hob, pyrolysis oven, American refrigerator (ice dispenser, fresh water) microwave oven, dishwasher, thermomix).
For the sleeping area: a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, TV (canal +, Netflix) and large wardrobe closet, two bedrooms with for each: a 140x200 bed and large wardrobe closet.
Finally, the chalet is equipped with a bathroom (bath-shower) and a separate toilet.
The ground floor is closed. You can leave your bikes, your equipment (board etc....).
We have created a shower area, a separate toilet, a sink..... Ideal when you come back from the beach (you leave the equipment downstairs, you shower and you go up to the chalet all clean).
You will also find on the ground floor a room with a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge and a freezer.
Large parking capacity (4 to 5 spaces)
The cottage is ideally located for a relaxing holiday.
It is equipped with fibre for those who want to telework.
In 10 minutes walk along the beach on a path (rollerblading, skateboarding, scooter possible), you can reach the restaurants.
In the centre of the chalets you will find a greengrocer, caterer, bakery... without having to leave the chalet district (open from Easter to the end of September). Every Tuesday evening in July and August, they organise a tapas evening in the central street with a concert where young and old are invited to share and dance.
Once parked, you can do everything on foot.
Ideally located, you can also visit the region: the Narbonnaise ponds with its pink flamingos, Narbonne former capital of Roman Gaul with its halls, its cathedral, the Roman museum Narbo Via (in 3 sites), the large buffets, Peyriac de Mer and its pontoon path, the zoological park of Sigean, the city of Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, Spain (1 hour by car)...
Or you can practice all the board sports in the sea, fishing, mountain biking, hiking and balneotherapy in Gruissan.
You can also discover the excellent wines and markets of local products of Occitania!
Within the chalet, a list of good addresses and tips will be left to you to save time and enjoy your stay.
Baby equipment possible on request: a travel cot, a high chair.
We live next door and answer all your questions.
Linen is provided for a minimum of 5 nights. Beds are set and we provide 1 large towel and 1 beach towel per person + 1 bath mat per room.
For a shorter stay, this service is charged 15 euros per person.
You also have the possibility to bring your own linen (fitted sheet bedroom 1: 160x200, bedroom 2 and 3: 140x200, per person: a duvet cover 140x200 and 1 pillowcase 65x65 or 70x50).
Cleaning is included in the price.
Any party will be refused for the area.
