About this property

Poolside #3 Condo Douglas

Our ground floor condo comfortably sleeps six. Easy access to parking and steps away from firepit and pool. Master bedroom with 1 king and ensuite bathroom, Second bedroom has 2 queens and hallway bathroom a few feet away.

Pet friendly too! (1 pet allowed).

You will also find many extras: basic condiments in the kitchen, laundry/cleaning supplies, pool towels, a full kitchen with dishwasher; central air; and a fireplace in the living room. Dine in or on the patio with a grill for the grill master of the family.

Unit also includes a washer & dryer, smart TV, free wifi, towels and linens. Patio with gas grill allows for comfortable dinner gatherings or a quiet space for your morning coffee. Also, beautifully landscaped gardens with a large, heated pool (opens mid-late May depending on weather) and a common area with gas fire pit.

3 night minimum during peak season (Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend) and holidays. Weekly rates are offered.

Check-in 4pm and check-out 11 am.

Note: Condo is available for long term rental in the off season, September - May. Send us a message for details!

You must accompany any guests to pool. Pool is open 8am - 10pm.
We love that you travel with your pet. Your pet may not be left alone if they tend to bark when you are away. Non-stop barking disturbs other guests.

What is better than 1 amazing host? How about 4! We are four friends of over 20 years with a shared love of the Saugatuck/Douglas area. One of us lives about 1 mile from the condo while the other 3 of us are outwardly jealous and planning our takeover of her house so we can all enjoy this amazing area.
