Great stay at this secluded home in the hills near Stowe. Home is very clean and has all you need for a weekend away with family and friends. Rooms are very spacious. House has very large and bright windows - great for sunshine but recommend bringing black out curtains if you have a little one that needs to nap!
Place was a great spot for a few days to explore Stowe. The location was just outside of town, so very convenient. Only downside was there wasn’t many towels or hand towels when you have a few messy babies in the house.
Very clean and comfortable! Scenery from inside the home amazing! We took many pictures of the gorgeous fall leaves surrounding us. Would highly recommend to a family or group of friends! Host was very responsive.
We found the location to be perfect for exploring all of the attractions Stowe has to offer. The privacy provided was great as well. Overall a great place to stay if you are thinking of visiting Stowe.
Great house and location. The house was well-appointed, offset in a quiet neighborhood, and just minutes from town center and the mountain. Definitely recommend.
We loved our stay in this wonderful home. Very comfortable and in a great location. The listing is quite accurate and the owner was most helpful and responsive. So many things to do in and around Stowe. Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.
We loved our stay--the house was roomy enough to accommodate three couples and a kiddo, with a good mix of spaces to visit and spaces (as a family of introverts) to recharge. We loved the wildlife that came through the yard and neighborhood and appreciated how close we were to town!
The house was great. We had 6 adults, a dog, and
Two children (3 & 6). It worked out great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted a nice getaway in Stowe. Jacuzzi tub was a big hit!
Great summer vacation for us with our adult children (5 adults total). This property was perfect for us. The yard was beautiful and very private. Location was excellent. 5 minute drive to Route 108/Piecasso Restaurant and about the same to downtown Stowe depending upon traffic. Home was very comfortable. Bedrooms were large. Kitchen was very well stocked. Host had left all sorts of thoughtful touches throughout, which we really appreciated. Would love to return for another visit.
The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything necessary for a comfortable and home - like stay. The location is close to Stowe Mountain, restaurants, and stores yet private and away from everything. The owners were easily accessible and detail orientated. We were welcomed with a nice a bottle of wine and ease of access to all of the amenities. The house was warm and cozy and fit everyone very comfortably. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Great stay- very clean and good size bedrooms. Easy drive to the mountain for skiing. No cell service on the road leading up to house so need to have directions and code to get into house saved/downloaded before getting to driveway! Only drawback is no washer/dryer- so just plan ahead!
We traveled from NYC for a week over Christmas to work, ski and relax, and have returned refreshed thanks to our time here.
The house is close to the ski area - so close that one of us got a couple of runs in before a 9:30am meeting - and even closer to the cute town of Stowe, but it’s set back from the road and nestled in the trees so it feels like a real getaway. It’s spacious but feels cosy, and we loved the attention to detail and care that the Zvaras have put into the house. The two office desks were a nice touch and came in very handy. The Zvaras are great hosts - very responsive and kind. We’d love to see what the place looks like in the summer!
This is an incredible house. Location is excellent and convenient to Stowe yet also remote off two gravel roads and a good third of a mile to the next house. So nice balance of being close to the action while also being quiet. The house itself is lovely and well appointed. The master on floor one is large and comfortable. The two bedrooms upstairs are also spacious. The living room and dining room are connected and make for a homey space. The yard is really well landscaped and a blast for a dog. Wifi worked great and good thing because cell service was spotty. I wish I could give it six stars.

Please shovel the snow
When we arrived there was 18 inches of snow from the drive to the front door which we had to shovel out ourselves. Hard work for my husband who is not in the best of health
There was no heat in the master bedroom or bathroom. It was too cold to use these rooms. This was not fixed until the following afternoon.
The key was not on the door knob as advertised and we had a hard time finding it
Despite these issues the property was comfortable and we had no other problems
