Le Pré fleuri welcomes you to a spacious family holiday home. Located at the entrance to Lavaur, you can get to the city centre on foot (10 minutes) or by bus (free shuttle). You can visit the Pays de Cocagne and the surrounding area, several lakes nearby, many walks that will take you to Cordes-sur-ciel, Lautrec, Albi, Gaillac, Toulouse, the City of Carcassonne, or even in the Black Mountain to discover the gorges of the Tarn.
The accommodation is located upstairs: 85m² completely renovated in a country house for 6 people maximum. Fully equipped kitchen oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, living room with sofa bed, connected TV, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
A cot for baby, cot and high chair are available on request.
Peaceful and shaded shared garden with garden table, barbecue, swing, table football, table tennis, basketball hoop, football field, bicycles for children and adults.
A free laundry area is available.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is included except for the kitchen area. It includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
