About this property

Charming house 5 minutes from the beach

Large, comfortable house with a spacious living room and veranda, a master suite on the ground floor, and four bedrooms upstairs. 250 sq m garden. Dives-sur-Mer train station is a 2-minute walk away. Close to all amenities and just a few minutes from Cabourg. It's a lovely house to live in because it's very well located and offers plenty of space. We love going there with about ten friends to enjoy a quiet weekend by the sea. The living room is spacious enough to shelter everyone if it rains. The dining table is large and allows you to gather everyone around. The garden is magical; I challenge you to identify all the plants growing there ;-) You have access to the entire house except for the garage and cellar, where we store our personal belongings and gardening equipment. Please note that the cleaning fee also includes linens (sheets and towels). Feel free to share your personal tips about activities you did during your stay; others (and we ourselves) can benefit from them!
