About this property

Typical 1920s house 100 meters from the beach!

This charming 1920s stone house, of 140 m2, is ideally located in the privileged area of Kerbourgnec.

The large living room of 55 m2 offers access through two large bay windows to the south-facing garden.
The fitted kitchen opens onto the dining room.
A first large bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs. One of them has an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs windows offer a magnificent sea view of the bay of Quiberon and the alignments of menhirs.

The cellar with washing machine is accessible by a few steps and allows you to store your bikes, surfboards, kite boards...

The house is on the same plot as our house, which is mainly occupied during the holidays. This plot is completely enclosed. Your private garden, facing south, is separated from our garden by privacy screens. This ensures your privacy.
The beach is 100 metres away by a small peaceful cul-de-sac that runs alongside the house.

Access to the shops, the sailing club and the tennis court is on foot.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
