Just 1 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Riviera dei Fiori, this lovely holiday apartment is located on the top floor (with access from above) of a residential building. The holiday apartment is south-facing and offers a breathtaking 180° panoramic view of the tourist harbour of Marina degli Aregai and the Ligurian Sea. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from a small terrace and the large equipped outdoor area. The location is ideal for visiting not only the beautiful beaches of Sanremo (13 km), Riva Ligure, Santo Stefano al Mare and Arma di Taggia (6 km), but also the nearby Côte d'Azur (Mentone 47 km). You can also visit the Hanbury botanical gardens or the prehistoric artefacts of the Balzi Rossi at Grimaldi (museum). For those who enjoy hiking or cycling, the longest coastal path in Europe awaits near San Lorenzo. Following an old railway line, directly by the sea with a wonderful view that you don't have from the normal road, the path leads to Ospedaletti. Triora, the witches' village with its extraordinary museum, is 36 kilometres away. The impressive caves of Toirano are around 69 kilometres away. The characteristic medieval village of Dolceacqua with its famous stone bridge and the remains of the Doria castle above the town are 46 km away.
