The apartment includes three furnished bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 140x200 cm bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers for storing your belongings. Bedroom 2: 140x200 cm bed, built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: 160x200 cm bed, two wardrobes for optimal storage. A baby cot can be provided upon request. A bathroom is available for all occupants. The apartment is equipped with powerful 5.5 kW air conditioning in the living room, capable of cooling the entire space for optimal comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, a dishwasher, and a television. A washing machine is also available.

Additional hours will be charged to the tenants if the cleaning rules are not followed. This fee of €200 is payable directly on site to our service provider. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
