She will seduce you with its charm, its decoration and comfort. Located in a private domain with a guard all year. 2 swimming pools (15x7,5 and 10x5) landscaped garden, private parking. On the ground floor, living room with bay window through 3 meters (brick partition) onto a 20 m2 terrace facing the sea, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, two bedrooms with new bedding quality. The first (sea view) with terrace / solarium of 10 m2, bed 160x200, the second (mountain view) with beds 90x190, spacious bathroom (with bath), separate toilet and outdoor bathroom (with shower Italian style). Baby bed and chair, garden furniture, chairs, barbecue and awning. Very well located: very close to the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and 20 minutes from Bonifacio and Figari airport. Great facilities. Reasonable pets are welcome.
