Great stay

Good place, very close to the town and a very nice restaurant around the corner. Host was so friendly and kind. She helped us with everything. The appartement is great and very clean! We enjoyed it very much.

Superschöner Aufenthalt in der Pfalz

Wir haben uns in der gerĂ€umigen und ansprechend eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfĂŒllt. Frau Roth war stets ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen!

Die wunderschöne Wohnung in einem attraktivem GebĂ€ude in romantischer Umgebung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Betreuung durch die freundliche Frau Roth ist perfekt. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Wohnungen, super Lage

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Tolle Lage, ruhig aber dennoch zentral. Tolle Spazierwege in der NĂ€he. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir nur sehr kurzen Kontakt. Waren sehr nett. Nur bei Abreise wurde bereits ein Kontrollgang gemacht, obwohl wir noch beim ausrĂ€umen waren (waren auch in der vorgeschriebenen Zeit), das war etwas merkwĂŒrdig. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Sauber und gut ausgestattet

Eine sehr saubere und gut augestattete Ferienwohnung: es gab sogar SpĂŒlmittel und -tabs und SpĂŒl- und TrockentĂŒcher, das gibt es nicht ĂŒberall. Die Lage ist gut, man kann in ca 15 min zu Fuß die Innenstadt von Neustadt erreichen, auch als Startpunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen gut gelegen. Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit genutzt und hatten genug Platz, auch auf dem Sofa. Es gibt aber keine zusĂ€tzlichen Sessel, was vielleicht von Vorteil wĂ€re, wenn man zu mehreren am Couchtisch sitzen möchte. Aber fĂŒr uns alles gut!

Einfach toll!

Sehr netter Kontakt zu Frau Roth. Extrem sauber! Habe die Wohnung als "ganz neu" eingeschÀtzt, obwohl sie schon mehrere Jahre alt ist. Ruhige Lage oben auf dem Berg.

Optisch ansprechende Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und ist sehr gerĂ€umig. Das Badezimmer ist groß und hat reichlich AblageflĂ€chen. Praktisch ist auch, dass sich im Haus ein Restaurant befindet. Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Urlaubstage im Haardter Winzerhaus

Wir waren im September 2019 in der großen Ferienwohnung mit 3 Erwachsenen zu Gast. Die etwas kleinere FeWo hatten wir fĂŒr unseren Sohn, Schwiegertochter und Enkel angemietet. Beide Wohnungen waren sehr gerĂ€umig und gut möbliert. Besonders gut waren die KĂŒchen ausgestattet. Geschirr, Besteck, div. schöne WeinglĂ€ser usw., alles war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die KleiderschrĂ€nke waren sehr groß, mit zusĂ€tzlichen warmen Decken bestĂŒckt und genau wie die BĂ€der im gutem Zustand und picobello sauber. Als Hilfsmittel fĂŒr GĂ€ste, die es in ihrer Heimat gewohnt sind 3polige Stecker zu benutzen, finden sich in dieser Wohnung sogar passende Adapter. Wo gibt es das schon? Besonders hervorheben möchten wir noch den guten Service von F'rau Roth, unserer sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Ansprechpartnerin im Hause. Die leckeren bestellten Brötchen waren ein Genuss. Danke Frau Roth! Vor allem auch dafĂŒr, dass Sie uns die im Schrank vergessenen Kleider unserer Tochter sofort nachsandten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
