Our domicile is quiet and central in the resort of Costa Calma. The sheltered beach bay of Playa de Costa Calma and the seemingly endless dream beaches of Playas de Sotavento promise wonderful beach days in the southeast of Fuerteventura.
In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket where you can get everything for your daily needs, in the village itself there are other supermarkets and shopping arcades as well as bars and restaurants.

The house was renovated in 2023 and extended to approx. 100 m² of living space. On the ground floor is the living room, bathroom, separate kitchen (with large fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), bedroom and patio with washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is the second bedroom, another bathroom and an office space as a home office option and a small sun terrace (approx. 10 m²) with a partial sea view. Fast WIFI fiber optic internet (300Mb), also ideal for home offices, is available. WiFi is available throughout the house and included in the price.
In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the sandy beach of Costa Calma, as well as shops, bars and restaurants.
In 50m distance there is a small mini market where there is fresh bread every day.
