Renovated house in the centre of the village, in the commune of La Llagonne, department of Pyrénées Orientales, at an altitude of over 1700 m. The maximum capacity is 6 beds. The house is close to a supermarket, a kindergarten, ski rentals, a skatepark, mountain biking and hiking trails, an educational farm, and a 10-15 minute drive from the ski resorts and bike park (La Quillanne, Pyrénées 2000, Font Romeu, Les Angles, Eyne, Cambre d'Aze - St Pierre dels Forcats). The space: Ground floor: Kitchen/dining room/living room/WC. 1st floor: Large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), small lounge with television, internet box and Wi-Fi / shower room. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) / 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 90cm. Additional information: Sheets and towels are not provided. Heating is provided: - on the ground floor by a pellet stove. - in the bedrooms by electric convector heaters.
