The ground floor offers a comfortable living room with fireplace, television, and access to the pretty garden, a perfectly equipped open kitchen opening onto the terrace, allowing you to have lunch and dinner outside in a shaded place. An entrance with guest toilet

Outside, a shaded terrace offers the perfect setting for alfresco dining thanks to its summer kitchen with plancha, comfortable masonry bench and large table. The 9 x 4 m heated swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, is perfect for cooling off in a green setting. The essential petanque court will liven up your days with conviviality.
