New Rental! Spectacular Views, Hot Tub, Close to Wolf Creek / San Juan River

This home has spectacular views and is located in one of the most desirable vacation areas in Pagosa, just 8 Minutes from Town and about 15 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Basin. Hiking, fishing and exploring are all around this cabin.

This is a real log home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and room for all to enjoy, including the hot tub in the garage where you can open the garage door and enjoy the views from the tub. Also in the garage is a ping pong table and fuse ball for some extra fun! You enter the home on the 2nd floor with a 2 sided deck to enjoy the views and to prepare your meals on the gas griddle and gas grill. You enter the home in to the living room, dining room and kitchen area as a great room with full height windows, gas fireplace/stove, smart TV, leather couches, large dining table and a perfect kitchen for the best chef. On this same level is the king bed master suite and also the laundry area.

Upstairs is the loft with TV, and the second bedroom with private bath and queen bed and more views. Downstairs from the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed and full bed. This room also has a private full bathroom. This level has access to the garage with a hot tub and other areas to play.

This home is located in the San Juan River Village subdivision with private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
We highly recommend 4WD vehicles during the winter.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time staying at this property in Pagosa. Communication was excellent, and we loved being off the beaten path yet only 10 minutes from town. Also loved having a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. We all loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Cabin in the woods

Beautiful cabin situated about 15 minutes east of town. Clean and well cared for. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the deck a looking at the mountain views.

Amazing views, amazing place!

This house is in the perfect location! Just outside Pagosa Springs in a very quiet neighborhood, but not super close to other houses. It is the quintessential mountain cabin with plenty of living space, but a cozy feel. The kitchen is well-stocked and it’s nice that each bedroom has an easily accessible bathroom. It was just what our weary souls needed!

Excellent spot between the town of Pegosa Springs and the Wolf Creek ski area. House was very clean and has great amenities. The property managers were also fantastic and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for families/friend groups traveling to the area.

Perfect in Pagosa

My family and I loved our stay. Everything was clean and easily accessible. It had everything you needed to cook with and that's a big deal for us. The only thing that we weren't prepared for was the lack of A/C. It ended up being better than anticipated. We never got uncomfortably hot, but we just couldn't imagine life without A/C.

This home met all of our Pagosa needs. It’s spacious and provided great sledding for our kids. Lori, the host, was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Great location for getting to Wolf Creek for skiing or into town. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with whatever you need. Very quiet neighborhood. With six people showering, never ran out of hot water. Loved the radiant heating as my feet were never cold on the floors. Hot tub was great being in the garage as one day was very windy, cold, and snowy. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Vacation Home!

This home had everything we needed and more for our family ranging from age 2 to 80. We appreciated the pack-n-play, baby gates, snow sleds, game room, hot tub and beautiful views! The kitchen had everything we needed! We were super grateful for the griddle and crock pot. The host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this home and rental company to future vacationers!

Perfect Fall Get-A-Way

We absolutely loved this property. It's a great location that's outside Pagosa just enough to be quite but not too far outside. The cabin had everything you could want and was perfect for our group of three couples. We each had our own level of the cabin which provided us with enough privacy. The hot tub in the garage with a TV was perfect for watching football while enjoying the mountain air after a day exploring the mountains. We loved every minute of our stay! For those who are worried about the earlier traveler posting about all the rules, I didn't see any rules that were out of the ordinary for a privately owned property. After all, you are a guest in someone's home and you should treat it with respect.

Cozy, clean cabin with amazing views!

We loved the cabin! The views from the front room were amazing! The location was perfect for us. We spent two days skiing. It was an easy 15 minute drive to Wolf Creek. Lots of good restaurants and shops in Pagosa Springs. We got a lot snow on our last day so we decided to stay in. There was plenty to do there to keep us busy. After shoveling the snow, we made a path to go sledding. The hot tub and ping pong table also made it more fun. We enjoyed the large dining room table for meals and game night. The beds are very comfortable and the house so cozy and clean. We cooked dinner one night and there was lots of pots and pans to use for a big meal. I would definitely recommend this cabin and would go there again.

Awesome Place!

We had a great week/ weekend at this house. It was very well organized and stocked/ dry goods and spices so check before going shopping! We didn’t 😊 we loved the heated floors. Hot tub and the views were amazing! We saw some reviews about the rule book but there’s nothing there that we wouldn’t have done differently! Recommend doing the private chef! Travis/ Sage are amazing! That being said one recommendation one extra nightstand in the master bedroom me and the wife had to flip a coin for the side table.🤣🤣🤣

But the real gem of this property is the property mgmnt team! We booked it through VIP and Ashley was our amazing concierge who did our grocery shopping and had it in place when we arrived. Amazing. We also had the privilege to meet Stuart and Lori who came to our rescue with our vehicle! They showed up when we needed them, got us all fixed up and were just the most friendly and helpful people. They set our vacation on track again and we are so grateful for their help. We couldn’t have received the customer service from any internet rental company, only through VIP. We will definitely use this company and their rentals again! Thank you Ashley, Stuart and Lori!!
